Mad Artist Experiment #1

You know when you get a crazy idea (sure you do) and yet it makes such perfect sense you just have to do it? Well...here are the results of my crazy idea. This painting was accomplished with fine paintbrushes, pen nibs, and my vacuum cleaner. That's right. My vacuum cleaner.
Mwuh huh huh haaaaa....

2008/09 Acrylic Inks, Modeling Paste, Fluid Acrylics.

  3. Modeling paste, or molding paste, is very thick stuff. I was hoping to get it to behave like watercolours blown at with a straw. But I got this beautiful ripply honeycomb type texture instead. My vacuum can be used to blow up air mattresses. : )
    I'm thinking air compressor next!
